Product introduction

  • Supports new and old national standards (GB2011/GB2015) charging, and also supports OCPP1.6. Control board power supply: AC220±20%V;

  • Supports electronic lock gun control, 2-way electromagnetic lock 12v output, can switch 12v positive and negative, to meet the needs of driving coils or motors

  • The human-machine interface displays charging voltage, charging current, energy measurement information, account balance, consumption amount, charged time, and various status inputs;

  • Charging mode: fixed charging, scheduled charging, quantitative charging, scheduled charging, automatic full charging;

Communication method

At present, charging pile control boards mainly use wired communication methods. The main wired methods include: wired Ethernet (RJ45 line, optical fiber), industrial serial bus (RS485, RS232, CAN bus).

1. Wired Ethernet

The main advantages of wired Ethernet are reliable data transmission and large network capacity. Its disadvantages are complex wiring, poor scalability, high construction costs, and poor flexibility.

2. Industrial serial bus

The advantages of industrial serial buses (RS485, RS232, CAN bus) are reliable data transmission and simple design. The disadvantages are complex network layout, poor scalability, high construction cost, poor flexibility, and low communication capacity.

3. Wireless communication

Bluetooth: An external Bluetooth module can be used, and the RS485/232 communication protocol can be switched by shorting the jumper.

Control panel functions

1. Monitor the status of charging piles

The control board can monitor the status of the charging pile in real time, including the voltage, current, temperature and other parameters of the charging pile, and record relevant data to ensure that the charging pile is operating within the normal range. For example, when the battery power of the charging pile is too low, the control board can automatically stop charging to avoid damage to the battery.

2. Control the charging process

The charging pile control board can control the charging process of the charging pile, including adjusting the current and voltage of the charging pile, controlling the charging time of the charging pile, etc. This can ensure the safety and stability of the charging process at the charging station.
