Since the beginning of this year, in accordance with the unified deployment of the provincial government, our department has organized a special operation to build electric bicycle parking spaces and charging facilities in existing residential areas to solve the problem of parking and charging difficulties for the public from the source.
First, formulate an implementation plan.
