Precautions for using glue spraying and blister related equipment

spray gun:

1. The recommended spray gun caliber is1.2—1.5mm;

2. During use, the spray gun should be adjusted accordingly according to the different spray shapes and glue viscosity.

For example: when spraying a groove, the glue outlet fan of the spray gun should be perpendicular to the handle (the glue outlet fan of the spray gun is parallel to the groove line), so that the glue can be concentrated on the groove; when spraying a flat surface, the glue outlet fan of the spray gun should be parallel to the handle, so that the glue can be evenly dispersed and sprayed on the plane.

When the glue viscosity is high and the glue does not come out smoothly, you can increase the vacuum pressure and the glue outlet; when the glue viscosity is small, you need to adjust the vacuum pressure and the glue outlet appropriately to avoid too much glue.

Vacuum blister machine:

The most important thing about the vacuum blister machine is the heating temperature and blister time.

The blister temperature required for blister glue (which is the softening point of blister glue, and the softening points vary with different types of glue) refers to the actual temperature inside the chassis, not the temperature set by the machine.

The temperature set by the machine is the temperature that can be seen from the machine thermometer. Different machine manufacturers generally have different temperature settings; the blister temperature requires that the actual temperature inside the chassis must reach or exceed the softening temperature of the glue, so that the glue can truly achieve the best bonding effect. Generally higher temperatures are beneficial for gluing and improve temperature resistance during use.

Another thing worth noting is the uneven temperature inside the blister machine case. This situation is likely to occur as the blister machine is used for longer, so regular inspections are required.

Blister time:

Blister time includesPVCSoftening time and vacuum forming time. Generally these two times are related toPVCThe thickness is related to the temperature set by the machine. generallyPVCIf the thickness is large and the machine setting temperature is low, the time will be correspondingly longer. The thickness of PVC is small and the machine setting temperature is high, so the time is correspondingly short. The general blister time is100—160S
