QGKZD-3M DC single charge controller physical picture
As shown in the above group of pictures, QGKZD-3M is a DC single charge controller that controls single-gun charging and integrates insulation detection functions. It is recommended for networked use and can meet the control of DC single-gun charging piles with networked operation requirements.
1. Functional features
·Supports charging according to new and old national standards (GB2011/GB2015/GB2023);
·Supports AC power supply of 220V/380V for the entire pile;
·Supports the entire charging power of 3.5KW~240KW;
·Control board power supply DC12V±5%;
·Supports BMS power supply 12V/24V power supply, 12V/24V automatic switching, configurable;
·Supports 2-way gun temperature measurement (DC+&DC-), temperature sensor PT1000;
·Supports electronic lock gun control, level and pulse are optional;
·Supports a variety of charging modules, and the program integrates a variety of communication protocols from mainstream module manufacturers on the market to choose from;
·Supports 2 touch screen communication methods (RS232 level/TTL level), touch screen power supply 5V/12V (optional, please indicate when ordering, default factory power supply 12v);
·Supports multiple startup methods, including:

b) Start by swiping card

Supports external electricity meters; if built-in metering is selected, the metering accuracy is 2%;

2. Hardware configuration
1) Power supply: DC12V±5%.
2) Cooling fan control: When charging, control the starting fan.
3) BMS power control output: can control BMS power supply 12V/24V power supply, or 12V/24V automatic switching.
4) Charging gun high-voltage contactor output: DC+\DC- contactor output can be controlled.
5) Electromagnetic lock: Control the 12v output of the electromagnetic lock, and can switch 12v positive and negative to meet the needs of driving coils or motors.
6) AC contactor control: It can control the AC contactor output of the charging module to reduce the electrical loss of the entire pile.
7) BMS-CAN communication: The charging gun battery management system (BMS) communicates with the controller to meet the new and old national standards.
8) Charging module-CAN communication: The controller communicates with the charging module power supply CAN to meet the module protocols of a variety of mainstream manufacturers in the market. The protocol can also be customized according to the module manufacturer used by the customer.
9) Gun temperature temperature status: A charging gun head temperature switch status, switch value collection.
10) Gun-car CC1 signal: meets the national standard 6v, 4v analog quantity collection, confirms the charging connection.
11) Electronic lock status: Electronic lock unlock/lock status, switch value collection.
12) Standby state: standby switch status, switch collection.
13) Cabinet door status: cabinet door open/close switch status, switch value collection.
15) Emergency stop state: emergency stop charging button state, switch value collection.
16) Power indicator light: power on/off indication.
17) Charging indicator light: charging indication.
18) Fault indicator light: fault alarm indication.
19) Insulation detection: The built-in insulation detection module is used to measure insulation resistance.
20) Electric meter: The electric meter address can be set, the electric meter interface is RS485, and the protocol meets the national standard DL/T645-2007.
21) Touch screen: human-machine interface operation, compatible with 4.3/7.0-inch industrial serial screen, communication RS232, others can be customized.
22) Digital tube: The digital tube interface is reserved and supports 4-digit digital tube display (select one of the digital tube and display screen).
23) Card reader: An external IC contactless card reader is used for card charging and settlement.
24) USB interface: supports USB interface upgrade program.
25) Network interface: The default 4G/Ethernet network interface card supports 4G/Ethernet network card swiping and QR code charging to meet operational needs.
3. Software configuration
1. Human-machine interface
A) Compatible with 4.3/7-inch industrial touch screen. (Can be customized upon request)
B) Charging voltage, charging current, energy measurement information, account balance, consumption amount,Charging time and various charging status displays.
C) Equipped with power supply, running charging and fault indicator lights.
D) Administrator parameter settings require a password to enter.
E) Display the latest 50 fault alarm information records, which will not be lost after power failure.
F) Status display and text reminder during charging to prevent personnel from misoperation.
2. Charging function
A) BMS complies with the old and new national standards GB/T27930-2011, GB/T27930-2015, and GB/T27930-2023.
B) Charging mode: fixed charging, scheduled charging, quantitative charging, scheduled charging, automatic full charging, etc.
C) The function of saving charging records when disconnected from the network, the charging information will not be lost when the network is disconnected, and the settlement information will continue to be uploaded when the network is reconnected.
D) Cyclically record 50 pieces of charging information, which will not be lost after power failure and can be uploaded to the background.
E) Supports swiping card to start charging.
F) Support scanning QR code to start charging.
3. Protection fault alarm function
A) AC input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, leakage, lightning protection, partial protectionThe protection value can be set.
B) The electromagnetic lock locks the charging gun during charging.
C) During charging, the temperature of the gun tip is monitored, an over-temperature alarm occurs, and charging is stopped.
D) Equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can emergency stop charging through manual or remote communication instructions.
E) Manual confirmation is required when starting charging.
F) When an important alarm occurs in the system, the relevant alarm fault will be reported immediately.
4. Payment function
A) Support contactless IC card swipe payment.
B) Pay by scanning the QR code on the mobile APP.
C) Support WeChat/Alipay scan code payment.
D) Support VIN account pre-deposited amount payment.
5. Measuring function
A) Supports external electricity meters, supports AC/DC energy meter measurement that meets the communication protocol, and supports onboard measurement.
6. Background communication function (protocol can be customized)
A) Supports Ethernet communication (standard configuration).
B) Support GPRS 2g/3g/4g communication (standard configuration).
