DC four charge controller (QGKZD-4)

As shown in the above group of pictures, QGKZD-4 is a DC four-charge controller that can control 4 guns and can meet the control of DC four-charge charging piles.

QGKZD-4 DC four-charge controller is a four-in-one control motherboard with A, B, C, and D guns, which can be used at the same timeControl the charging of 4 guns at a time, the function configuration is as follows:

1. Hardware configuration

1) Power supply input: DC 12 V power supply input

2) Control power input: DC 12V control power input.

3) Expansion-standby interface: Reserve RS485 and 232 interfaces for expansion and standby.

4) Four-gun BMS auxiliary source switching: control A B C D four-gun BMS auxiliary power supply 12/24Vswitch.

5) Four-gun-BMS power control output: can control the A, B, C, and D four-gun BMS power outputs.

6) Four-gun high-voltage contactor control output: can control A B C D four-gun DC+\DC- high-voltage contactcontactor output.

7) Power indicator light: indicates when the charging pile is powered on.

8) Four-gun charging indicator light: A, B, C, D four-gun charging indicators individually.

9) Fault indicator light: Charging pile alarm fault indication.

10) Cooling fan control: When charging, the fan is automatically started to dissipate heat.

11) AC contactor control output: can be controlled by AC contactor (optional), reducingReduce the standby power consumption of the charging module and reduce electrical losses.

12) Stack bridge control output: It can control the suction and disconnection of 4 groups of DC+\DC- bridge high-voltage contactors between each module (group) of the charging pile to achieve power switching.

13) Emergency stop status input: emergency stop charging button status, switch value collection.

14) Four-gun high-voltage contactor status input: monitor A B C D four-gun high-voltage contactor KMStatus, switch quantity collection.

15) Four-gun electromagnetic lock status input: monitor the closing or disconnection of the A B C D four-gun electromagnetic lockStatus, switch quantity collection.

16) Electromagnetic lock control: 4-way electromagnetic lock 12v output, 12v positive and negative can be switched,Compatible with pulse, level, normally open, normally closed and other gun electromagnetic locks.

17) Standby state: standby switch status, switch collection.

18) Cabinet door status input: detect the opening/closing status of the charging pile cabinet door and collect the switching value.

19) Lightning protection status input: detect lightning protection status and collect switching values.

20) Four-gun CC1 signal: A B C D four-gun charging connection confirmation, meeting the national standard for gun insertionSignal acquisition.

21) Four gun temperature (T1/T2) status: A B C D four gun PT1000 gun temperature collection.

22) Four-gun insulation detection: used for A B C D four-gun insulation detection, measuring 4 channels at the same timeInsulation resistance.

23) Display: Human-machine interface operation, standard 7.0-inch industrial screen, communication protocol is RS232.Other requirements can be customized.

24) Card reader: An external IC contactless card reader is used for card swiping activation/settlement.

25) Ethernet: Backup communication interface, networked with the backend. Equipped with standard RJ45 Ethernetinterface.

26) 4G interface: Integrated onboard 4G interface (optional), pluggable 4G can be used.

27) USB upgrade interface: used for controller U disk upgrade program.

28) Electric meter: electric meter address, electric meter baud rate, electric meter calibration bit can be set, electric meter communicationThe interface is RS485. All DC meters that meet the national standard DL/T645-2007 can be used.

29) Four-gun BMS-CAN communication: controller and A B C D four-gun battery management system (BMS)Communication, meeting new and old national standards.

30)Four gun module CAN communication: The controller communicates with four sets of modules A, B, C, and D.


2. Software configuration

1. Human-machine interface

A) It comes standard with a 7-inch industrial touch screen, which can operate and charge four guns on the same screen.

B) Four-gun charging voltage, charging current, energy measurement information, account balance, consumptionAmount, charged time, and various status inputs.

C) Equipped with power supply, running charging and fault indicator lights.

D) Administrator parameter settings require a password to enter.

E) Display the latest 50 fault alarm information records, which will not be lost after power failure.

F) Status display and text reminder during charging to prevent personnel from misoperation.

2. Charging function

A) BMS complies with the old and new national standards GB/T27930-2015, GB/T27930-2011.

B) Charging mode: fixed charging, scheduled charging, quantitative charging, scheduled charging, automatic full charging.

C) Power-off charging record saving function, charging information will not be lost when power is lost.

D) The function of saving the record of charging when disconnected from the network, the charging information will not be lost when the network is disconnected, and the network connection will continue.Upload billing information.

E) Cyclically record 50 pieces of charging information, which will not be lost after power failure and can be uploaded to the background.

F) Supports swiping card to start charging.

G) Support scanning QR code to start charging.

H) The system working mode is: matrix power adjustment;

I) Supports maximum charging power 1920KW;

J) Supports up to 48 modules;

K) Support multiple power adjustment modes;

L) Support liquid cooling gun overcharge mode;

M) Supports liquid-cooled overcharging, normal charging, or two-group charging hybrid mode;

N) Support module power supply start and stop energy-saving control;

O) Support the State Grid module charging protocol (other module protocols, please indicate when ordering);

P) Supports charging two guns into one vehicle;

Q) Supports charging four guns into one vehicle at the same time.

R) Supports onboard 4G networking.

3. Protection fault alarm function

A) AC input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, leakage, lightning protection, partial protectionThe protection value can be set.

B) The electromagnetic lock locks the charging gun during charging. The electromagnetic lock will alarm abnormally and stop charging.

C) During charging, the temperature of the gun tip is monitored, an over-temperature alarm occurs, and charging is stopped.

D) Equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can manually stop charging.

E) Manual confirmation is required when starting charging.

F) When an important alarm occurs in the system, the platform-related alarm fault will be reported immediately.

4. Payment function

A) Support contactless IC card swipe payment.

B) Pay by scanning the QR code on the mobile APP.

C) Support WeChat scan code payment.

5. Measuring function

A) Supports DC energy meter measurement that meets the communication protocol.

6. Background communication function (protocol can be customized)

A) Supports Ethernet communication (standard configuration).

B) Support RS485 communication (optional).

C) Supports RS232 communication (standard configuration).

D) Support GPRS 2g/3g/4g communication or WIFI (optional).
