1. The function of the charging pile is similar to that of a gas dispenser in a gas station. It can be fixed on the ground or wall, installed in public buildings (public buildings, shopping malls, public parking lots, etc.) and residential parking lots or charging stations. It can also be carried mobile in the car and charged at any time and anywhere. In short, it can charge various types of electric vehicles according to different voltage levels. The input end of the charging pile is directly connected to the AC power grid, and the output end is equipped with a charging plug for charging electric vehicles. Charging piles generally provide two charging methods: conventional charging and fast charging. 2. Charging pile classification: 1) According to the installation method, it can be divided into floor-standing charging piles, wall-mounted charging piles, and mobile portable charging piles. Floor-standing charging piles are suitable for installation in parking spaces not close to walls. Wall-mounted charging piles are suitable for installation in parking spaces close to the wall. Mobile portable charging piles can be carried with the car.
2) According to the installation location, it can be divided into public charging piles and dedicated charging piles. Public charging piles are charging piles built in public parking lots (garages) combined with parking spaces to provide public charging services for social vehicles.
