New energy vehicle subsidy standards announced in 2016
2015 is coming to an end, and the production and sales of new energy vehicles have exploded this year. However, starting from next year, government subsidies for new energy vehicles will begin to gradually decline, that is, the amount of subsidies will begin to gradually decrease. According to the "Notice on Financial Support Policies for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles from 2016 to 2020" previously issued by the Ministry of Finance, in 2016, pure electric driving range (R) was used as the standard for passenger cars, and the specific subsidies are as follows:
1. For pure electric passenger cars, 100km≤R<150km is RMB 25,000 per vehicle, 150km≤R<250km is RMB 45,000 per vehicle, and R≥250km is RMB 55,000 per vehicle.
2. A subsidy of 30,000 yuan per vehicle for plug-in hybrid electric passenger cars (including extended-range models) with R≥50km;
Compared with the new energy vehicle subsidy policy from 2013 to 2015, the driving range of pure electric passenger vehicles has been increased from 80km or more to 100km, and the subsidy has been reduced by 5,000 yuan; for plug-in hybrid passenger vehicles (including extended range), the subsidy has been reduced by 5,000 yuan.
In addition, pure electric and plug-in hybrid buses, electric, plug-in hybrid (including extended-range) and other special vehicles and trucks are also within the scope of subsidies. For details, see Figure (3) below.
It is understood that the subsidy standards for other models except fuel cell vehicles will be appropriately reduced from 2017 to 2020. Among them: the subsidy standards for 2017-2018 will be reduced by 20% on the basis of 2016, and the subsidy standards for 2019-2020 will be reduced by 40% on the basis of 2016.
Subsidy standards for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in 2016
1. Subsidy standards for the promotion and application of pure electric passenger cars and plug-in hybrid (including extended-range) passenger cars (unit: 10,000 yuan/vehicle)
Note: The above subsidy standards are based on 10-12 meter buses as standard vehicles. The subsidy standards for pure electric buses of other lengths are divided according to the energy consumption per unit load and pure electric driving range in the table above. The subsidy standards for plug-in hybrid buses (including extended range) are divided according to the pure electric driving range in the above table. Among them, passenger cars with a length of 6 meters or less will be given a subsidy of 0.2 times a standard car; buses with a length of 6 meters or less than 8 meters will be given a subsidy of 0.5 times a standard car; buses with a length of 8 meters or less than 10 meters will be given a subsidy of 0.8 times a standard car; buses with a length of 12 meters or more and double-decker buses will be given a subsidy of 1.2 times a standard car.
2. Subsidy standards for the promotion and application of pure electric, plug-in hybrid (including extended-range) and other special vehicles and trucks: a subsidy of 1,800 yuan per kilowatt-hour based on battery capacity, and the subsidy standards will be further refined based on product categories, performance indicators, etc.
3. Subsidy standards for the promotion and application of fuel cell vehicles (unit: 10,000 yuan/vehicles)
