physical connection

1. DC12V power supply DTU pin 1 is 12V+. Pin 2 is 12V-.

2. Pin 2 of the USB to 232 serial cable is connected to pin 8 of the DTU.

3. Pin 3 of the USB to 232 serial cable is connected to pin 9 of the DTU.

4. Pin 5 of the USB to 232 serial cable is connected to pin 10 of the DTU.

5. After connecting to the computer, power on

configuration phase

1. Wait for the DTU indicator DATA to flash and then click the DTU serial port in the lower left corner to select the corresponding COM port. , click the lower right corner to read after selecting the COM port. Wait for the read to succeed.

2. After reading successfully, click Network Channel Parameters as shown in the figure

3. To change the configuration, you only need to change the address or domain name and port number of the corresponding company server SOCKE. Take Dry Valley Company as an example: the address or domain name of SOCKE is 139.224.221.185 and the port number of the SOCKE server is 5001. There is no need to choose not to enable channel 2. If it is enabled, please configure reference channel 1. 4. After completing the changes, click Write and wait for the pop-up dialog box to set successfully.

5. After the setting is successful, power off and unplug the DTU and it can be used.
