QGKZD-3 is a simple DC charging pile core control board that can control a single gun and meets the new national standard.

QGKZD-3 is a simple DC charging pile core control board that can control a single gun and meet the new national standard. The specific functional configuration is as follows:

1. Hardware configuration

1) Power supply: AC220V ±15%

2) Control output: can drive AC220V contactor, and the contactor controls the charging gun

3) Indicator light: 3-way indicator light, 12v output, current 20ma, with current limiter to prevent short circuit burnout.

4) Emergency stop: Emergency stop charging button status, 12v switch value collection.

5) Touch screen: human-machine interface operation, power supply 12v400ma output, communication RS232. Others can be customized.

6) Car CC signal: Analog quantity collection that meets the national standards of 6v and 4v.

7) Bleed resistor control: 1 channel of bleed control output, used to control the bleed circuit.

8) Cooling fan control: When charging, control the starting fan.

9) BMS power output: Control BMS power output.

10) BMS-CAN communication: The battery management system (bms) communicates with the controller to meet the new national standard.

11) ACDC-CAN communication: The controller communicates with the ACDC module power supply CAN, meeting a variety of protocols and can be used according to customersModule manufacturer customization agreement.

Note: The above are the functions of the entire control panel. When making a portable charging pile, you can optionally use some of these functions. Specifically,The various options are as follows:
